Since I have Windows 98, would I be able to use this service even though your servers are not Windows?
Of course. In fact, many of the machines you interact with on a daily basis (web servers, e-mail servers, IRC servers, etc.) are UNIX based. You will have no problem publishing your site or sending/reading e-mail.

Secure Server / SSL
